2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

  • Delivery times vary based on location, carrier, and order volume.

  • While we strive for timely delivery, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Tracking will be provided when available.

 

3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states

  • U.S. territories & military addresses (APO/FPO)

  • Select international locations (additional fees may apply)

 

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Free shipping may be available on select orders or promotions.

 

5. Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking number will be sent via email once your order ships.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear, depending on the carrier.

 

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • Pratt Creative Sportswear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

  • If your order is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first. If unresolved, email us at info@prattcsw.com for assistance.

 

7. Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

 

8. International Shipping

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

  • Pratt Creative Sportswear is not responsible for these additional charges.
